1) When it came time to sell our home, we gave our listing to a large firm and they assigned one of their veteran agents to us. When we finally terminated our relationship, they begged us to reconsider and assigned us the top team in their office, which fared no better than the first agent.
We needed someone who brought enthusiasm and creativity to the table, we decided to go with Tom Kelley and we were glad we did! Right away we were impressed with Tom's candor and profesionalism, but more importantly he put fourth an effort unlike any I have ever witnessed from our Realtors. His effort and determination showed in every effort he performed - from bringing the empty trash barrells in to the garage before prospects arrived to working a multiple of Sundays and Hosting "Open Houses", which the other agents told us "were simply just a waste of time and effort".
Ultimately, Tom sold our home for a very respectable price....to one of those "Open House time waster, tire kickers". I will not only use his services again but encourage all other serious Buyers and Sellers to do the same. There are Realtors and then there are Realtors. I'm glad I finally found one.
